I'm gunna miss you Perk, you were one of my favorite players. One of the most hard working guys I've seen...I wish you all the best in OKC and will be rooting for you everytime you don't play the C's.

 :'(....I still can't believe it.

  • Thank you Eddie!
Now how are the Celtics going to guard Howard one on one?  And who's gonna fill the all important intimidating stares per game stat Perk leaves behind?  KG can't pick up that slack himself.

We are done man. Howard and the bigs will have their way with us. Erden and Hanrangody is gone too. TOTAL PANIC.
This comes close to the day that Danny traded Will Solomon.

Ooh, reopening old wounds  :'(

Perk was awesome and one of my favorite guys on the team.  He'll always be a Celtic to me, and I'm glad he's going to a good team that hasn't won enough to tick me off yet.

PS:  I think Perk must've glared at CB on his way out because the site is melting down right now.

I already miss ya Perk! Good luck in OKC and I really hope the other day (ironically ended prematurely by a knee injury) isn't the last time you don Celtic green.

Tough seeing him go after how personal he took game 6/7 and how hard he worked to get back ahead of schedule. Winning 18 without him won't be the same. [dang].

Nate Robinson on Kendrick Perkins:

Quote
He’s taking it pretty bad because he’s been here 8 years. He was real emotional, crying. I feel bad for him. He's been real tied in with Rondo and other guys on the team I feel his pain. I told him he’s not alone were going to OKC together. It’s not like youll be by yourself, you got me right by your side. We’re going to make it work together

Ahh man this is tough. Gulp.
