There were rumors of Murphy going to Cleveland for Antawn Jamison. Not sure if that actually happened.

But most have reported that Golden State would buy him out, even though I also heard it reported that Murphy would not take anything less than every dollar owed him.

Last year I was talking about the Thunder and how at some point they would absolutely need to trade Jeff Green.  Jeff Green is a very talented player... I can see him easily averaging 20+ in the post-"big 3" lotto Celtics.  He's a solid defender, quick and athletic.  Unfortunately, he plays the same position as Durant and has been forced to play PF.  The Thunder desperately needed a real big man... I suggested that the ideal player for them would be none other than Kendrick Perkins and that a Jeff Green for Perk trade would make a lot of sense.  

Perfect trade for the Thunder.  Not sure how I feel about it yet for Boston.

Not sure if this is true...but someone on the front page mentioned that ESPN insider reported that Murphy has given verbal commitment to join Miami if and when he gets bought out.
