C's got the best player in the deal, Jeff Green, so I like the deal but I'm not happy about the center position at the moment.

I think this trade makes us weaker. I absolutely do not like our center position anymore. It is like we have the same lineup of has-beens and nobodies that Miami has at center. I think this weakens the team's chances to win 18 this year.

nba is a guard wing league...they have done fine all year without perk...this matches them up better with the heat actually

Yeah, the Heat fans have nothing to celebrate about. It's the Magic fans that can be happy.

This. It is also why I am not extremely worried about the Magic (I am a little more worried now, but not a ton). Becuase Dwight can score all he wants. If we stop the other players on the team we win.

-Sure, maybe we weren't going to ruin our capspace by extending perk, or perk was going to ask for too much...but HOW DOES GREEN SOLVE THAT??? He already rejected a reasonable extension offer, AND is a tweener at the 3/4 behind Pierce/KG...at leat perk was a legit 5...Don't see how Green will fit into our future at all, unless we are abandoning capspace, so is this really just a 3 month rental for Green??

From an outsider's point of view, I can't make any sense of these deals. I have a hard time believing that the C's are gonna go with the O'Neals and Krstic as their bigs. Something else has to be in the works.
