I was at the game with the Heat attacking the basket I was sitting near for the second half. The last 2 or 3 minutes it felt like there were a lot of bad calls that went against us. We were up a decent amount in the 4th and then these last few minutes it felt like every time Miami was getting a whistle for at best a soft foul. It's hard to tell when you are at the game though so on TV/slow mo were these pretty weak calls or were we fouling them that much?

I never disputed that Garnett leaned into Miller, he was however set on the screen.

I don't know if I'd say he leaned into his jaw but..if you wanna take someone out who isn't looking with the least possible effort, you hit them square, feet planted, and shoulder to shoulder. That's what KG did, he got Miller's center of gravity. I dunno if leaning on a screen is illegal or not, but its what happened.

Yes, Wade was moving..but blown up like a pulling guard into a linebacker? Wade was upright, and didn't really look like he exploded into Davis at all..he even had to take a step back.

I dunno if Baby flopped a little, or if wade is just strong enough so that he can take a 300lb man running full speed into him and give it back without needing any kind of leverage (aka, planting his feet, exploding up, shoulders squares)..but to me it kinda looked like a block you'd see in a pee-wee football game.

Does anyone think he really "laid" BBD out.  Looked to me more like BBD just went down by himself when he felt contact.  And in the scheme of things, I thought it was a good no call.

Yes, I think he layed him out.  When players flop, their legs usually do not keep going forward as they fall.

A bit of hyperbole on that, you're right he didn't "explode" into the block (which wasn't necessary and could have been called). He did however move into with his arms right inside the "numbers" and catch Baby off balance trying to recover.

Didn't look like a flop to me, he was just completely off balance trying to close out on Miller. Wade was leaning into him and still had momentum.

I disagree, setting a moving screen is a more obvious call to me than one in which you've shifting your weight into the screen.
