He wasn't set at all and leaned into it with his forearms.
Exactly what Garnett did with Mike Miller on the other end.
Garnett was set however (he in fact was just waiting on Miller), Wade wasn't in any way set in his screen.
Miller got blown up because his team didn't call out the screen, Wade blew Baby up like a pulling Guard on a linebacker.
Garnett may have been set but it was pretty obvious the he moved/leaned his shoulder/upper arm area right into the jaw of Mike Miller.
I don't know if I'd say he leaned into his jaw but..if you wanna take someone out who isn't looking with the least possible effort, you hit them square, feet planted, and shoulder to shoulder. That's what KG did, he got Miller's center of gravity. I dunno if leaning on a screen is illegal or not, but its what happened.
Now, as far as Wade's pick..
Miller got blown up because his team didn't call out the screen, Wade blew Baby up like a pulling Guard on a linebacker.
Yes, Wade was moving..but blown up like a pulling guard into a linebacker? Wade was upright, and didn't really look like he exploded into Davis at all..he even had to take a step back.
I dunno if Baby flopped a little, or if wade is just strong enough so that he can take a 300lb man running full speed into him and give it back without needing any kind of leverage (aka, planting his feet, exploding up, shoulders squares)..but to me it kinda looked like a block you'd see in a pee-wee football game.
