  • It's not hard to work hard.
As for rondo blowing by Chalmers--maybe so but MIA is packing the middle so where does he go from there? Expectations are not in synch with possibilities. What the club needs is more of those back-door plays where they catch the Manatees over rotating.

Also, why are there so many chicken littles in here? Do we need a CelticsBlog "Fan Up" campaign? Even if we wind up losing, let's not be on the record wetting our drawers over it at halftime.
McHale's favorite ruse is putting paper in the mouths of sleeping teammates. "Try using one of these cocktail napkins," he said. "When just the edge sticks out of a guy's mouth, it looks like he's got fangs. The best part is when he wakes up."

Wish they could trade nate at halftime. He stinks.

I disagree with you. Look at how well he played when he was with the starters. The bench as currently constructed because of injuries doesn't gel very well. Will be happy times again with Delonte back.

Nate has no basketball iq and is the worst player on this team right now, hands down. He stinks and is a momentum killer with his dumb play.

LeBron is just playing possum like Kobe the other night facilitating, then in the second half mainly fourth quarter he's going to go off. Ugh.

Kobe got going because Ray got into foul trouble and Wafer had to guard him, not because he decided it was time to take over.

Shouldnt the captain know he is off and then try and create for others? And why isn't rondo trying to drive yet again ... he can blow by big z when he wants to down low on a break.

They had two days off , and SHOULD have had some motivation after losing to the rival after having a horrendous second half. I know we are a championship team, but these are the nights we need to play like it. The future isn't guaranteed by any means, so its time to quit making excuses for bad games and start winning them.

NOW.

You know, I realize we like to act like all it takes is a conscious decision to drive to get to the cup, but it's tough to drive on LBJ...never mind the fact the refs don't call fouls on him. Lebron's a good defender, probley the best SF defender in the NBA

I'm much more concerned about rondo, he should be killing chambers on both ends...

Look man Paul needs to go to the CUP!! He needs to get to the line.

Agreed, well partly. It was a big factor in Kobe's scoring binge.

watch out, I got racked over the coals for calling Nate a dumb basketball player last week. Apparently people get offended when you say that certain players make dumb plays.

Kobe got going before ray got in foul trouble. He took over the game from the start of the second half
