Your three PFs are all to similar in games.  All are jumpshooters.  None are great defender (by choice for some, by height limitations for others)

I would move one or two of them to get an equally talented garbage man type big man.

Three of the four are jump shooting/perimeter bigs. I'd trade one for a big rebounder.

Charlie V and Blatche are both extremely talented.  Can you get either of them to play defense, score inside, or buy into a team concept, though?

If defense became an issue with them I would pry go Big baby and nene together on the floor.

I am curious if they could even find someone who would agree to coach that team.

Blatche, Vilanueva, Big Baby, and the ring leader Steven Jackson.  That is a coaches nightmare.  I think Grant Hill might even retire after 10 games of being in that lockerroom.

PG  John Wall
SG  James Harden
SF  Jeff Green
PF  Chris Bosh
C   Greg Oden

Bench
C/PF  Greg Monroe
PF    Kris Humphries,
If Greg Oden is healthy and can give you 26-28 minutes a night ... this team is a title contender as soon as next season.

It is an if and a gamble.

But considering the other true C left, either I went for it all or be happy being close.

Your SGs are befitting from systems that make shooters look like stars.  (Nellie ball)

Are they going to be as effective in a more standard offense?

I know I am only as good as Roy's knee, but if he can get even to 80%, I really like my team so far...

If he's healthy, you are very good.  VERY good, maybe a top contender.  If he's not, it'll be tough.  I think you should get an explosive scoring guard off the bench (not sure how many are left though)

Does Jack lack of an outside shot hurt the spacing if the ball is not going to be in his hand to run the offense?

Definitely a 50+ win team.

Possibly a contender in the East if you build a very good to elite bench. Looking forward to seeing who you select next.

Jack is a decent shooter.  He has sucked this year, but he is a 35% shooter from 3 for his career, and is a very good mid range shooter.  I don't think spacing should be a problem at all.

Agreed -- I don't think this shooting slump is a permanent change for Jack. He'll get back to where he was before.

Well concerning Landry Fields, he's only averaging 7.4 FGA's per 32 mins. That's hardly inflated, and I think it is because Gallinari, Felton, and Stoudemire get the vast % of shot attempts.

I expect Fields to get closer to 10 FGA's on my squad, as the 3rd or 4th offensive option.

Regarding Reggie Williams, he'll play all the minutes at the 3 while Pierce is out, and a few minutes at the 2, to the tune of around 23-25 mpg, with the majority of him being the primary or secondary scoring option, and I expect around 11-13 ppg from him. I don't think either guy suffers too much.
