I like the Wiz.  They actually have a future now, rather than just John Wall.

I will start with the new look Wiz

PG  Wall
SG  Harden
SF  Green
PF  Bosh
C   Monroe.

Teams biggest needs:  strong vet leadership.  A nasty big man.

Even without Bosh, this team is better.

We have moved out all of Gilbert's guys.

Blatche and Young.  Two guys that care about one thing on the court.  Taking jumpers.  Now while both can put up some offensive numbers, they will never put up winning numbers.  Not defense.  Blatche will never go inside 15 feet.

They are no longer around to influence Wall's development.

theyre hard workers
play d and have a young star
the team is very likable I am not saying otherwise
just that will be tough to win for them
specially because scoring where Green will have to carry the load
if bosh isnt around
he can do it but i am not sure about doing on consistant basis

All 5 are double digit players.

And look at the effect Wall has had on Young's scoring.

But yes, it would be hard for this team to do much without Bosh at this point.

I like this team a lot, I'd also like to see you add a microwave scorer off the bench

Clearly needs a PG.  A strong passing PG could help that offense go.

You'll probably also want a PG with some range. Deng/Gay do shoot 3s, but both are more mid range guys. If youre point guard lacks range your spacing will get crowded.

Definitely agree, a nasty big man probably more important.  I can think of the perfect guy still available.

I like the team a lot. My only concern is that McGee - and to a lesser extent Gay - excel in the open court, where the other 3 players seem to prefer a half court style.

I think that's a fair assessment.

I'm still not 100% sold on McGee as a PF. In certain matchups, he could be OK, but if he's drawn away from the rim, I think his effectiveness will be mitigated. Still, that's probably the case for a lot of big men in the league.
