Seriously, a trade between Memphis and Minnesota almost has to happen.  Javale McGee would be a great fit on Minnesota, and the Twolves have several pieces that could help the Grizz.

TheWiz are going to take a very big gamble on a player that could put them over the top next year.

TheWiz select Oden, Greg

Wow, that is a lot of beautiful jump shooters in the backcourt.

Three elite jump shooters = A.Brooks + E.Gordon + R.Fernandez

I think this is a very good risk to take.

Greg Oden was having the impact you'd expect out of a top 20 player in the NBA, on a per minute basis, the last time he stepped onto an NBA court. A top five interior defender, top three rebounder, above average passer, and an efficient 15 point per 36 minutes type scoring threat.

To get a guy who has a chance of achieving that in that fifth round ... spectacular ... definitely worth taking a chance on especially for a team building for the future.

Why not, right?  Chances are he's a guy who gives you around 40 games per season the rest of his career, but he's still got the potential to be an elite defensive center in those games.

Wow!

I think a year from now once Greg is destroying the Western Conference we'll all bow down before the Mighty wdleehi!

We expect more games out of him now that he will not be managed by Portland's trainers and doctors.   ;)

Just make sure you don't hire Ohio State's, either.  ;D
