What person on your team would you like me to find a thread on the internet about somebody complaining about there play?  We have one on here about Rondo being arrogant because he roles the ball to half court.

In all honesty, though, I think Shaq's decline in play is something that just about all of us have seen and acknowledged.  He's been in decline since November.

And yeah, I posted the link because it just popped up after you made the selection, and I thought the timing was funny.

I dunno, he still shoots a good percentage from the floor and is somebody that teams have to account for on the offensive end.  Say what you will, but he is still a solid piece to have on any team

Yeah, I like Shaq, and Smith can help a bit with his defensive deficiencies, much like KG does.  You just need to find a reliable backup, too.

I think he is a good fit with deron because he will get some good looks up close.

Also, one part of his game that hasnt declined IMO is his passing.  And having 3 good 3 point shooters to pass to once the defense clamps down inside is going to help my team in the half court.

The problem is he's only good for about 1200 minutes per season (approx 20 min per game for 60 games) and will only be around 1 more season after this.  Quite the high draft pick for him.  Heck, a franchise might get more run out of [injured undrafted player] than him.

2020 CelticsStrong All-2000s Draft -- Utah Jazz

Finals Starters:  Jason Kidd - Reggie Miller - PJ Tucker - Al Horford - Shaq
Bench:  Rajon Rondo - Trae Young - Marcus Smart - Jaylen Brown -  Peja Stojakovic - Jamal Mashburn - Carlos Boozer - Tristan Thompson - Mehmet Okur

Maybe, but the minutes they got wont be any where near as effective.  9 points and 5 rebounds in 20 min a game is pretty impressive.

Also, I still have plenty of picks to get a young backup for him in the meantime

Bulls welcome back John Salmons.  I had a few SF types I was interested in, but my "scouts" came back with a better one I think.  Spread the offense boys!

Great pick...not what he was 2 yrs ago, but great pick.

Not a fan of Jamal Crawford and John Salmons starting alongside one another on the wings.

I think Chicago would be best off starting Salmons at the two and moving Crawford into the sixth man role. Let those two and Rose take all 96 available minutes in the backcourt and few alongside one another every now then.

I like that three man combination as a situational lineup rather than an everyday starting lineup / most used lineup.

One pick to go and two players I like, so I guess I'm okay.  I was definitely sweating this round, as I saw guy after guy I targeted come off the board.

There are a couple of guys I was eying for this spot and I have a suspicion they'll be there next round too.  If that's the case, Crawford can indeed assume the 6th man he has excelled at with Atlanta.
Yup

He was one of my two.  Probably the best player left on the board.

Folsom Prison selects Brendan Haywood.

I am astounded that he has lasted this long.

Another player I've been trying to trade up to get.

Glad to hear it Roy, since this was the first round since the start that I actually got to draft ahead of you.

Thank goodness! Finally someone selects Brendan Haywood.

There were a half dozen teams or so that I couldn't believe passed up on Haywood in this round.

Excellent pick ... gives you a formidable starting five.

Yeah, I didn't quite understand it myself.  Thanks for the props.

I like Terry, but I was spooked from my experience of trying to pass him off as a 2 guard in the regular CB draft.  Big fan of Jason Terry.
