I can't help but notice he came back when he got his contract. 



If he wants to stay in the other leagues, that's fine.  Have a nice life over there and be happy.

If he wants to play in the NBA, deal with the team that drafted you.

Much like with Carmelo, or Grant Hill, or whoever, I can't get on Rubio's case too much.  If he wants to stay in Spain, I guess that's his right under the CBA.  I think it's better for the league if he plays for the Twolves, but if he doesn't want to spend the next 3 - 4 years of his life in Minnesota, I guess he's within his rights to give up the money and potential legacy that goes along with that.
