You should do it like the bachelor and hand our mirrors instead of roses to the guys you want to keep.

Give one to LeBron, then talk to Chris, then talk to Dwyane, then to Chris, then fake the rose to Chris, and give it to Dwyane. Also invite Mike Miller to be there, even though you know he won't win. Every contest needs an obvious loser to get it outta the way.

That's still a nicer way of handling things than my first thought, announce that I'm releasing Lebron James just to keep my name in the Latest Forum Topics and then amend my keepers via PM at the deadline.
