Spurs have NO BIG MEN.

Aside from Duncan, I cant believe some people think they can compete with the Lakers.

Jermaine hasn't been very productive but he's been solid tonight.  Like his improvement over the last few games.

Our defense has been crazy this quarter, especially Jermaine and Rondo!

  • Let's Go Celtics!
The two teams with the best records in their respective conferences are playing each and it's NOT on national TV? Can some explain that.

National TV schedule is set before the season and nobody expected the Spurs to be this good.  It's a shame though, this is a great game so far.

Nice finish to the quarter, not counting the buzzer-beater. Momentum is going our way but it's gonna be hard to finish this team.
They have two bad college games on instead....

Oh well.

I guess reading the thread will just have to suffice for me.

What's Popovich's problem? The Spurs got at least 5 bad calls in their favor this half already.

Nice of pop to give us two free throws after the refs won't give us any of the 50/50 calls.

Oh well.

It is really strange that ESPN has no 8:00 game at all.  Not sure why they switched the scheduling up like that.

High School All-American game.

Yeah, he may not be what he once was, but we could do a lot worse for a backup center (and a helluva lot worse for someone who might end up being our 3rd string center).

Manu taking three pointers like Nate isn't even standing there.

Too short to contest the shot ... get Nate out of the game already.

Jermaine O'Neal's pick and roll defense has been very impressive tonight.

He has done a very good job anchoring the Celtics defense.
