Sterling without a doubt. Cheap, nasty, racist by reputation and litigation, and also deliberately fielded a loser because it was an easy way to make money for many many years.

Marge was a racist bigot, but the lady was always trying to win and she certainly didn't let her racism stop her from bringing in African American players.

And seriously if you are looking at Cincinnati, Mike Brown is the man that can give Sterling a run for his money.  Brown is an absolutely awful owner by any standard and unlike Sterling refuses to hire a G.M.

I feel like we should just lock this thread and start a new one asking who is the second worst NBA owner.  Sterling just has no peers in the NBA, as an owner, or a person.
