I'll admit I'm not a huge fan of the Pro Bowl, or any all-star game for that matter, but they make for good conversation all the same. Three Patriots players were selected to the Pro Bowl this year, Tom Brady (leading vote getter), Logan Mankins and Vince Wilfork. I think Brady and Wilfork's selections are certainly appropriate but I have mixed feelings about Mankins considering he held out for half the season. Maybe if he missed half the season with an injury it'd be a different story but for a contract hold out? Meh.
To end on a positive note, congratulations to all the players who were selected, and lets hope that Brady and company will be in the Super Bowl so we don't have to worry about them playing in the Pro Bowl anyways.

EDIT: I should have clarified that Brady, Wilfork and Mankins were the three starters selected to the Pro Bowl, not mentioning the players picked for the bench.
