bro first off its a forum i can write whatever i want, secondly u need to chill out and calm down before u have a heart attack, ur obviously not a true celts fan, i love toine, ive been watching him since 02 every single gm, he was very fun to watch even though we werent as good as we are now he brought lots of enjoyment to my life i remember all those gm winners he had especially the one against the lakers during their 3 peat that was awesome, third r u tryna tell me toine wont benefit this team at all, he is only 34 and he can still play obviously he is ouuta shape right now that is why this is a "comeback", he is VERY experienced, he was a pretty big part of that championship team wit the heat in 06. Dont forget that pierce and tione carried the c's to the eastern conference finals, like i said he is very experienced and say we bring him back we are not asking him to play the same role he did, he can replace von wafer who i dont like at all, plus toine deserves a second chance, everyone makes mistakes, why not give him another shot he is always a celtic in my mind, wafer isn't

is josh howard a free agent bro? na i dont think so, how r we gonna get him, it sure would be nice but how??????????????

exactly. I would love to have Josh Howard, and even Dwight Howard, but we don't have the pieces to get either one without hurting our team.
Totally agree getting josh howard would probably mean giving up baby or nate and i am not willing to do that those 2 guys r great for our tm no need to mess up chemistry

Why waste a roster spot on an old washed-up Toine when future superstar GERALD GREEN is just waiting for the first GM smart enough to spring him from Russia?   ;)

i think if we can have scal on our team for 3 years contrubiting nothing, we can make room for antoine. von wafer we dont need, he hasnt played any significant role and thats with delonte out. Besides, he wouldnt be playing any major role. he can back up pierce, and if needed pierce could move to the 2 and toine play the 3
perfectly said

That would be fun (though I'd rather dump Gody for Toine given our shortage of wings).  Toine would be a very entertaining victory cigar.
2025 Draft: Chicago Bulls

PG: Chauncey Billups/Deron Williams
SG: Kobe Bryant/Eric Gordon
SF: Jimmy Butler/Danny Granger/Danilo Gallinari
PF: Al Horford/Zion Williamson
C: Yao Ming/Pau Gasol/Tyson Chandler

How many times did Toine insult Danny Ainge?(a true celtic).Didn't Toine say the Celts,"won't win sh%t."? I seem to remember him badmouthing us a bit. The guy was mega talented at one point in his career. He's not anymore. There are plenty of other guys that could help better than him. Danny Ainge would be a saint to let him back after his nasty words. Didn't Antoine score more bucks as a result of one of Danny's deals of Toine?
I'm not saying Antoine is a bad guy but he hasn't handled himself with class regarding the Celtics all the time, in my opinion. If he would help I'd say why not but I don't think he can help so I'd prefer a guy that didn't badmouth us.

Von Wafer IS a Celtic. It says so on the front of the jersey.

in all fairness, Toine felt betrayed by Danny when he said those things, and they sorta made up when Danny helped him make some big $$ in Miami. How many times has Pierce, KG, or Baby acted disrespectful in general? Just as often or more I would say.
