You're reading too much into this....people also bump into each other by accident...doesn't mean a "feud is brewing" between them.

Lebron reached back halfheartedly as if say "whoops, sorry".  I don't think it was about being bumped, but Spoelstra sure looked some ticked off there about something.

Spo would be lucky as hell to get fired from The Heat. They aren’t winning a championship, and he actually is a good coach. Let him go takeover somewhere else without all that BS pressure of his GM replacing him.

one thing LeBron COULD win would be a fistfight with Spoelstra. No decision would be needed in that match!

Spo better watch out! :)

He kinda shrugged it off. Coach Spo doesn't deserve this. Very disrespectful. Lebron doesn't respect anyone but his ego.

It certainly didn't look like LeBron made any effort to get out of the way, he didn't move in the slightest away from Spoelstra.

Unfortunately Spo will be canned soon enough, as soon as Riley finds a suitable replacement. Who that will be I don't know. It's not an enviable position to accept. I highly doubt Riley takes it. He will look like the biggest fool if he can't right his own creation.

Maybe JVG should grab the wheel. He seemed to think they were the sh** before they ever stepped out on the court together.

I do have this nagging feeling that they deliberately trying to lose.Just to have a reason to insert Riley to be their coach again. I feel so sorry for Eric… hey maybe we could recruit him to be our defensive coordinator.

  • It's all about the TEAM!
In slow motion it almost looks like he leans into Spo. I'm not saying there was intent or not, but it's kinda funny you can run around a court with 9 other players and not touch anyone going at full speed and then just not see your coach who just called a time out as you go down by 10 while walking around. Its not like Lebron's head was turned in a different direction. If Lebron's peripheral vision isn't any better than that than I hope Lebron ain't driving any cars.

That's a risky proposition if they were doing that, as they could be losing HCA within the first trimester of the season.

I doubt that's what is happening anyway. Their ego's are way too big to take this embarrassment. They would have had a closed door meeting with Riley behind Spoelstra's back and voice their displeasure. That seems more their style.

Their "players only" closed-door meeting after tonight's game probably had something to do with their overall effort.

Didn't think much of it the first time I watched it.  But on the second time you see at the very begining of the video there is a good 10 feet between Bron Bron and Spo.  There's no way Bron didn't see him.  The next thing to look at is Bron's right shoulder.  Your arms are going to sway back an forth with a normal walking motion, but his right shoulder swings in much more than normal; he is almost turning until contact is made (the slo mo really shows this).

A coaching change is not going to right this ship.  Their problem is they have too many scrubs on the team, the stars simply cannot cover up their shortcomings.
