Weren't the 86 Celtics notorious for losing to bad teams and crushing good ones?  And didn't Bird spend a whole game shooting lefty cause he was bored?

Yup, they were.

Two threes by Nate, and he turns his ankle. He should be able to sit the rest of the night.

Nate is definitely a "Hawks killer"! I hope he didn't hurt his leg or something on that play.

Garnett and Shaq have been a tremendous combo on the boards.   Makes the drop-off to Baby + Semih so much more painful.

Hawks burning all their timeouts. Gonna be tough for them if it's close down the stretch ;)

[/quote] They didnt loose many (67-15, 40-1 at home) and while Bird did the lefty thing, he still wanted to win it.

C´mon, Baby´s playing pretty good, even without double-digit rebounds
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.
