I don't think there's any way Chicago gets by a starting lineup of Gortat-Dirk-Prince-Ray-Kidd. Six games, tops.
Agree to disagree. Kind of moot point anyways, but I still like Chicago there, if only because Dirk needs a better defender next to him, and LeBron has already proved he can beat a team that throws Prince at him in the playoffs, and that team still had a effective Wallace-squared combo in the paint.
It would have been an interesting argument. I mean, Lebron has proven that he can lose to a team that has Prince guarding him in the playoffs, as well, right? Also, I think Dirk does have a good defender next to him in Gortat, and Prince would have been a good one at SF.
I guess that's the lesson for next year. Since people are really buying into this "Lebron is unstoppable" argument, any contender is going to need to have an excellent defending SF to beat a Lebron-led team.
