Since he refused medical treatment, hopefully it's not too bad. Man, what luck.

"Pretty banged up" but he refused medical treatment?

What is up with that?

Maybe he just wanted to get out of there fast and get treatment in a private setting?

The reports of injuries were mis reported- the other driver was the one with the injuries and taken to the hospital.  I've heard Brady is already at Gilette.

yup, that's what WEEI was saying.

I hated the whole tone they were taking "Oh thank goodness Tom's OK" while not knowing much about the person he apparently broadsided and needed to be extracted from the vehicle with the jaws of life.
Yup

That is the nature of Boston sports I guess. It is unfortunate but if the person is okay after this, getting broadsided by Tom Brady most likely will be pretty profitable. It will also be a great story.

Why would it be profitable?  Reports are that the Van ran a red light which resulted in the accident.

Im guilty of not reading the report...

I was responding to Redz comment of Brady broadsiding him. Well if the van ran a red light, then yes I would be more concerned with Brady. The northeast has the worst drivers in the country.

I don't want to hijack this thread, but that is inaccurate and actually the opposite is true.

Man, glad both are okay.
I wonder if this will speed along Brady's signing of a contract and I also wonder if Brady is worse-off than the (revised) news reports would have one believe.

If he's at Gillette, odds are the reports of his health are probably accurate.  If anything was serious,  he'd be getting treated at a hospital not a training room (even if its at the professional sports level)

The only worry would be if he suffered a condition that will become aggrevated by playing in the NFL. (Neck/back/etc)

Well its worrisome to my Randy Moss fantasy value in my pay league. Other than that I can't say I care what happens to Brady.

Moss/Austin/Steve Smith (Car) are my only hope in my league!

All dependent if he got any whiplash, which at first you may not feel, but in the coming days definitely will.

Minor whiplash would be cool. I don't want him to need surgery or to be in pain, but I would be happy with him sidelined due to a temporary lack of range of motion.

MA is supposed to be low on fatalities because its roads are too congested to get much speed going--but it is high on accidents and traffic infractions.
