I'm far from the World's largest Z-Bo fan, there's some serious questions about his defense, character and inability to win. But at the same time, he's an allstar, and he's coming off the bench for Sac-town.
i think i would start randolph because hes in a contract year and will want to put up all star numbers again or he will be a cancer for sure on the bench imo.
He couldn't really do that. Boozer & Z-Bo's skill set are far too similar.
This lineup is an option, im not sure if Roy likes it though.

The teams just too small to compete. The combination of lack of height, lightning quick speed and percieved disinterest in playing defense makes it impossible for them to be on the court at the same time for extended periods of time.
There will probably be lineups where I start both of them. I could see doing that against teams that have one great defensive big man, and a much weaker defensive player. In such a scenario, I might want to play both Boozer and Randolph to make sure that the opposing team couldn't "hide" their weak defender.
Overall, though, I like ZBO being the big man equivalent of Jamal Crawford, coming in and being an offensive and rebounding centerpiece.
People might not like the idea of Randolph off the bench, but I think it would be perfect for him. He'd have the opportunity to exploit matchups against backup bigs and to put up big numbers, while playing 30 or so minutes per game. So long as he played hard and wasn't a disruption, he'd get big minutes. If, on the other hand, he acted like a cancer, the rotation is good enough that the Kings wouldn't lose a lot by benching him.
In other words, Randolph has every incentive in the world to be a good citizen.
