It's going to be interesting to see some of the roster cuts. There are a number of teams with 14 and even 15 players.

Same here.  The Fake Kings are licking their chops, hoping to improve roster depth.

In the interim, if anybody wants to sell me a pick, my offer of 5 TPs plus temporary good will still stands.  8)

With the 9th pick in the 13th round the New Orleans Buccaneers select Earl Boykins.

No big deal.

Why are we limiting the rosters to 13 players?

I intend to carry 15 unless there's been some other ruling?

In drafts past, we went a full 15. The last few rounds were painful, due to a lack of attendance.

Plus, any team can only have 13 active players, so I assume that also figured into the logic.

Just like to say it was a pleasure dealing with my brethren in the SouthEast Division but a couple of certain GMs who will remain nameless, have cost the Boxers millions in extra travel cost in moving their franchises.

Also, the Boxers always liked going to Universal Studios and riding the Hulk roller coaster and now won't be able to because we don't go there 2-3 times per year.

I believe it's 12 players. The rule on active (12) vs inactive (3) players.

A 13 players rule is okay but I'd prefer to be allowed to go up to 15 bodies. I think a short free agency period is a good idea to allow folks to round out their roster.

I intend to carry 15 unless there's been some other ruling?

I was planning a 14 man roster myself (at the minimum).

6 bigs, 5 wings and 3 guards. Then an open roster spot to shore up any holes that may still exist.
