With the 16th pick in the 10th round the Celtics select- Devin Ebanks. I know kinda of a reach.

No, Ebanks is a good player. This is a fine place (value wise) to select him.

There are only three players taken in this round that I would rank ahead of him (J.Hill, D.James, X.Henry). As I look over the previous round, the ninth round, I'd take Ebanks over a lot of the players there too.

I would have expected him to drop another round ... but he is still good value here. Talent wise, he absolutely belongs. Not a reach.
