We have a trade!:

The Magic trade: 2-10
The Knicks trade: 2-26, 4-22, and TP/Gif considerations.

Make the pick Ohio Celtic Fan!

Wow great trade for Magic
Ridiculously good trade for the Magic. a 6 slot move in the first yesterday was a slight upgrade from the 7th to 6th

Today a 15 spot move in the middle of the second equates to a starting caliber player?
Agreed the Magic got the better of that deal.

Why? GMs should work out a trade ahead of time or pick the guy the receiving GM wants  >:(

Ohio Celts fan wants Scalabrine i heard anyways
In this case I was typing up the trade PM which I recieved well in time. I don't want the speed with which I can post to be the issue between a GM getting a player they want or don't want.

In the future any GM who is trading for a pick that is on the clock needs to include whom they are trading for in the confirmation PM. Additionally when a GM announces a trade has been sent the the Commish, the Commish is going to need time to announce it. Allow me to post something before making your pick.

Cool thanks Faf.

Just an observation from previous years for other GMs....

to make life easier for the commish and other GMs, I would STRONGLY urge GMs if they're making a pick right at the end of their alloted time to pick for the other GM then trade the players rights and the other picks..

For example if i was Champkind/Ohio Celtics fan I would have, as Champkind, picked Oden *THEN* sent the deal in.

If you have some concern about a veto --- i've had success this year pre-clearing deals with Fafnir, who's been a solid commish (as Don and IP before him)

It avoids problems with the rules... remember an ounce of Ubuntu is worth a pound of the cure!  :D

Greg Oden is never gonna be healthy.

Greg's gonna make you eat those words ;)

Because he'll be working as a waiter?

No, because he's probably 2 feet taller than you. That and the velocity in which he throws the ball through the hoop could cause ingestion of said basketball.
CB Draft - New York Knicks
PG: George Hill / Nate Robinson
SG: Dwyane Wade / Gerald Henderson / Christian Eyenga
SF:  Grant Hill / Paul George / Earl Clark
PF:  Kenyon Martin / Jordan Hill / (Earl Clark)
C:   Greg Oden / Kurt Thomas / Hilton Armstong

The Los Angeles Lakers select Stephen Curry

we were targeting westbrook but feel Curry will pair with Roy and making a great backcourt
Pick 2 Heat:
Pg: Jennings/Vasquez
Sg: Wade/R. Allen/Rivers
SF: Lebron/M. Williams
PF: Bosh/Humphries
C: B. Lopez/Dalembert/Anthony

Curry + Roy is interesting.

Roy can play some PG, and Curry can play some SG...interesting pairing.

I'm surprised to see Curry still on the board. I figured him to be a definite late first round pick.

  • I left Indiana. Because it was horrible.
Apologies for cutting it close there and almost bombing both GC and OCF thanks to tardiness. In response, everyone please enjoy this gif of two penguins.

CB Draft Bucks: Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Tobias Harris, Zach LaVine, Aaron Afflalo, Jeff Green, Donatas Motiejunas, Jarrett Jack, Frank Kaminsky, Lance Stephenson, JaVale McGee, Shane Larkin, Nick Young

DKC Bucks. Also terrible.

And THAT's what makes CK a great GM (that and his ranking of talent; and his trading of picks right before mine  ;D)
