Looks fair enough to me.  It's impossible to tell how this one will work out until we see what value is there, although I think I like this slightly better for New Orleans.

Two things:

1. I'll be lurking in the chat room for most of the day today, if anyone wants to discuss trades.

2. Re: the rules, I saw no mention of player salaries factoring in. I know we won't be dealing with salary caps at all, but I am wondering whether player salaries will factor into considerations for discussion/voting on GM performances.
