Might be worth taking a chance on Ian Mahinmi. San Antonio gave up on him, but he's young and athletic and seven feet tall. So is Patrick O'Bryant, though...

Too Late, Dallas Mavericks Property.

You know that list stinks when Kwame Brown stands out. None of the above. Either bring back Sheed, or S&T for ShaQ (if he is going to buy into the system)

After Shaq and Kwame, I would take Nesterovich if he stays in the U.S.
Rasho Nesterovic is off the board. He signed with Olympiakos a couple of days ago.

I don't know much about Barron's background but he basically got a double double the last 7 games of the season and seemed pretty active in the couple games I saw.   If continued playing like that he wouldn't be a bad backup center.

I also think Barron is someone worth looking at. I mean sure his time with the Knicks is a small sample to draw any conclusion about him, but still averaging double-double in the games that he played with them is quiet commendable.

And if he continues to do that then I think he would make a great backup center for us.

So if we can't get Shaq than I would rather have us get Barron instead of Kwame Brown.
