I know he didn't do much here but he was very young and didn't get the best coaching.  But he's only 24, athletic, and could back up Ray and Paul.

Also very cheap...and sounds like he has matured.

What makes you think he can back up Paul and Ray?  The guy is not an NBA player.

Well there was a recent "Bring back Antoine" Fanpost on the front page  and a bunch of "Bring back Gomes" and "Bring back Big Al" threads here in the forums recently, so it was only inevitable to see the "Bring back Gerald" thread. Right?

After reading the article it does seem he has matured. Hopefully he is able to put it together and sign with a team in the league.

I think it would be a smart move for him to go to the D-League. Show the NBA that he wants to be in the states and is willing to forgo a more lucrative contract overseas to get back to the NBA.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

Has he learned to play defense yet?  If so, he could carve out a niche off the bench defending and shooting from the outside.

But, I doubt it has happened.

Gomes is gone. I think people have mostly given up on Antoine at this point. Big Al is off to Utah.

So Gerald is the last member of the nostalgia club.

The guy can't play D and makes bad decisions.

Let it go.
