Consensus: Bosh is Gone. Why not to Celtics?

Celtics basically get little scoring from their front-line. KG is on the down hill of his career, and Perk is a defender not a scorer. All the scoring has to come from Pierce, Ray, and Rondo. That's not a formula for success. Since the consensus is that Bosh is leaving. How about a S&T with the Celtics? Celtics got assets big-man (Perk & Big Baby), Sheed retiring, S&T Nate or Daniels, Future picks. Ainge has to at least ponder this. Bosh & Rondo can be the cornerstone of this franchise for a longtime.

I've already explained that other teams can offer significantly more than the Celtics can in a sign and trade, so it makes no sense for the Raptors unless Bosh is dead set on coming to Boston.  As I just explained, I don't see why that would be the case.

I listened for much of the day and I really believe he wants to play with Lebron.  He didn't actually say it, but you could tell it was something he was thinking long and hard about.  Bosh wants to win and playing with Lebron is the best way for that to happen.  He may not end up with Lebron, but he wants to play with him.  Just the feel I got from Bosh during that 4 hours.

Anyway, I get why he'd like to play with Lebron but I think Bosh puts a lot of weight on 1) getting a max deal 2) being in a big cosmopolitan city like Toronto (or, say... New York?). Going to a city like Cleveland to play with a massive ego like LBJ - I'm not sure I see it....

Both are complete pipe dreams for us and complete nightmares for the two GMs. Terrible trades for them.

We could win the NBA title even with Brad Miller as our Center with Bosh, Lebron, and Rondo.
