Rhymes with RondOOOOOOOOOO. Before you laugh,

Celtics need Center-Check
Celtics need Defense-Check
Celtics need Shot Blocking-Check

Darko provides all of those, and did I mention he is over 7feet tall. The guy still got plenty of potential (25). He is more skilled than Kwame Brown. And he is the opposite of the prototypical softy European. Celtics should go aggressively after him. I'm hoping Sheed doesn't retire. Or at least takes a vacation till March. A bigman rotation of Glen Davis, Kevin Garnett, Kendrick Perkins, Rasheed Wallace, and DarkOOOOOOOOOOOO.

DarkNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.

DarkNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

REally? You contempt with Baby playing Center? Baby & KG front-court is Disastrous in my opinion. I'd much rather have Darko @ Center along side KG to start the season. And have Baby off the bench as the 1st big-man. It keeps Celtics size advantage over must team in check.

Nah, we'll sign Brad Miller to the Full MLE for the next 3 years (in keeping with the ridiculousness of Rasheed's deal).

I think your rejection is more about him being a bust @ 2nd overall. He'll reach that or even come close to it. But he can give C's size & interior D. Nothing more will be asked of him. Just play D, which is his specialty.

That's why we got Perkins. Until he comes recovers from the injury, Celtics got huge hole @ Center. Darko can makes an immediate impact, and start alongside KG. I just love his intangibles. The stiff Bynum made an impact even though he had a busted knee. Sadly in the NBA size matters & Darko has size.

This is him against the Lakers. People don't believe me, Darko can be a difference maker on this Team. What I like about him is that he challenges every shot. The quintessential shot blocker.

I love him now. Team Darko   ;D

Need length. Need rebounding. He provides that. Can we afford him?

Im not opposing on the Darko pick. With him its a risk/reward thing. If his half as good as AK47 I'm all in. :)

Have to admit, he looks pretty solid in that video.  But those are just highlights, and the Wolves were getting blown out by the end of that game.

Yeah but those are the Wolves. That's to be expected. Him with the Celtics would be a completely different story. I'm already imagining what Game 7 would have been like with him smh.
