I watched a bunch of Texas basketball and have to say there seems to be some bad info out there on Bradley.

1.) He's a very good catch and shoot player who has good range out to 20 feet so long as he doesn't have a hand in his face.

2.) He is an amazing defensive player, perhaps better than Rondo as he may not be as fast or quick but plays smarter and gambles less

3.) He is not very good off the dribble and is only adequate going to the basket and finishing.

4.) He is not a bad free throw shooter. He's horrific. Possibly worse than Rondo. When he went to shoot two shots there was a better chance of him missing two shots than there was hitting two shots.

5.) Barnes tried to use Bradley strictly as a fourth option outside shooting guard in a bad half court set. He had, except for Pittman, the horses to run, run, run and he didn't let them. Bradley and Barnes were a bad fit together.

whiteside a steal at 33

I'm trying to recall one time when a falling 7 footer ever turned out to be a steal.

Ha!  Agree with you - it doesn't happen very often.

Brad Miller went undrafted. So did Ben Wallace, but he's 6'9".

What's the consensus on DeAndre Jordan? Wracking my brain and most of the best centers taken in the second round have been foreign prospects: Marc Gasol, Varejao, Okur, of course Manute Bol (RIP).

P.J. Brown and Antonio Davis?

I do kinda like that German named Tibor. Maybe Ainge can trade for him for ironic purposes.

Thanks for the insight Nick TP.  The last time a player wasn't used right in college Danny got him through a trade in the first round from the Suns and that turned out to be Rondo.

Let's hope Danny will be right on this kid too.

Or we could panic because Danny hasn't filled all the holes on our team with a single draft pick.

Seems to be another popular option around here tonight!  :)

I kinda like the pick myself.

Time to shut the TV off and put the computer on mute for a couple of minutes now.

No leave him in Germany, I want some one now and I had a chance to see during the college season. I wanted Whiteside. Be side the oversea guys dont want to come and contribute right away Rubio Edren. Look what Miami did they got JArvis Varnado he is nice man, boy CELTICS let go man dang.

I want Stanley Robinson from UConn fall to us, he was projected as a late pick in the first round, but so far he is available, so I want him badly

I don't really understand what you're saying, so I'll just assume that like any right-thinking person, you'd love a German named Tibor sitting on our bench, contributing intangibles.

Ok, Miami took the gamble on Da'Sean Butler  :(

He would have been great in green.

Heat have done great here in the second round with Jarvis Varnado, Dexter Pittman and Da'Sean Butler. Now if the Heat move Beasley for space and add those guys to Wade, Joe Johnson and Chris Bosh in a couple years you could be looking at gold. But only if Varnado bulks up, Pittman slims down and Butler rehabs his injury and develops and future drafting is as solid.

The Heat will definitely be looking at bargain basement guys in free agency this year and might rehaul most of the team all over again next year because 7 or 8 guys will be one year vet min guys.

Top prospects still available: Robinson, Alabi, Whiteside, Warren, Raduljica, Ebanks, Randle, Lawal, Torrance, Zoubek.

How's his knee doing?

According to Chard Ford he'll be back to basketball in February.

Time to hire Rick Barry and team him, Rondo & Perk the underhand method.   ;D
