OK, a guy can dream, can't he? Scal's going to be in uniform tonight and it would be pretty sweet if he contributes to a win given the chance.

He will likely see the floor at some point tonight though.  GO SCAL!  Go C's!
Yup

I don't see him hitting a last-second, game-winning three, but I could see him getting a few minutes of court time and knocking one down. I would love it.

I'd have to celebrate with a nice piece of veal.

No, if Scal's out on the court with the game on the line it will mean it's been a bloodbath and everyone is either injured or fouled out (or Scal is unconscious and having the shooting night of his life  ;) )

Or we needed more man breasts on the court.  Wocka wocka!

I told my brother Scal was going to break Wilt's record by 1 point and also shatter the backboard with a free throw line dunk to signify the dominance.

Unless the C's are up 20 with 3 minutes left in the game Scal will be sitting and towel waving.

That said, ya gotta love the red heads!!! TP for 18.

Maybe if he can found Mike's shoes somewhere and use their power to win this game. Stranger things have happened.

If Scal is in the game in the closing minutes,  you better hope it's because we're blowing them out, because in any other scenario, it's not a good thing.

Dude, I would go nuts if Scal hit a big shot tonight.

I'd have to celebrate with a nice piece of veal.

Tonight I will keep track of Scalabrine's stats.  A 2 pointer is worth 1 piece of veal, and a 3 pointer is worth 2 pieces of veal.  A free throw is worth one-half of a corn on the cob.  A dunk is worth 4 pieces of veal.  A hard foul where they either call a flagrant on him or where the other player goes down wincing in pain on the floor and is down for at least 5 seconds, is also worth 4 pieces of veal.  A steal is worth 2 pieces of veal.  A rebound is worth 1 pieces of veal.  An assist is worth 1 pieces of veal.  A blocked shot is worth 2 pieces of veal.

IF the Celtics win, I will have a barbeque on Saturday in my backyard where I will eat the amount of veal and corn based on Scal's performance.  I will be clad in only a pair of green boxer shorts and flip flops and a Celtics championship hat, and the veal will be cooked on top of a fire in a 55 gallon metal drum using scrap wood.  For these purposes, one piece of veal is 8 ounces pre-cooked.  The barbeque ends when I have eaten the amount of veal and corn as determined by the terms above.  I will wash it down with lemonade.  If I fail to live up to the terms set forth above, may my soul be [dang]ed for all eternity.

I invite anyone who is interested to join me in the Scalabrine Championship Veal Challenge
Double rainbow all the way

I really, really wanted it to be a Perkins mid-range jumper at the buzzer - a desperation attempt with no other options - to win the championship, but I guess that's not possible anymore. :(
