Need to take care of the ball more than anything.  The D has been excellent, and the offense not bad when we actually get a shot off.

Paul's hoops -- two came on poor shot-contests by Lamar Odom on switches + one on Walton late + a layup to begin the game + another long jumper off a pick and roll over Bynum I think it was. Don't recall the other two baskets.
He hit a three off of ball movement off a shot fake.

Point guard play in the second quarter was a bugaboo - both players weren't making great decisions with the basketball.

Turnovers and offensive rebounds, or we're 15 up, fellas.

Good half, not a great half.

Pierce has played fantastic on both ends of the court, including some great team defense that won't show up in the box score.

Ray needs to get going.

Rondo needs to get his head the game.

Perkins needs to play or sit down.

Now let's keep feeding the hot hand in the second half.

Who wants to bet that Perk sits most of the fourth quarter?

They'd only call offensive fouls on KG ::)

Kobe has gotten about 6 cheap calls on both offense and defense.  He's shooting about 40% in the series and without all the babying from the officials he would struggle to look like an average NBA player.  Like LeBron.  Like Wade.  Like Howard.

It's a team game.

If only the officials would call the game even, we would BLOW THEM OUT!

I would like to see a halftime piece on Ray Allen. Not saying anything bad about Fisher's daughter with cancer, but Ray's son Walker has juvenile diabetes. *shrug* It's just as important.

BTW, did anybody else hear Breen say Kobe wasn't shooting well because "he's been double and triple-teamed all series!"  Ell Oh Ell.

I heard that too. Is that guy not paying attention or what? Kobe is being defended mostly 1-on-1 out there.

I think he's confusing help D on penetration with double-teaming.  Inexcusable for a full-time basketball guy to screw that up.

So, still not a lot against Artest in one-on-one situations but outstanding work in pick and rolls. So that's where they should continue to attack with Paul in the second half.

I don't think we've utilized the Captain enough in the pick and roll in the first half.
