Reddick would be a good "Plan B" if they can't get Mike Miller here. Probably have to overpay to get him, though.
So many of these decisions this summer will hinge on whether they decide to keep going all-out for the next two seasons, and potentially taking on some salary beyond the end of KG's contract (2012). I can't see many of the guys who would really help our bench (M. Miller, Reddick, Travis Outlaw) signing for only two seasons. I'm hoping that they're willing to take on some more salary, even if it means delaying the inevitable rebuiling process by a year. Rather see them spend a little bit of money on a legit backup wing, save the legs of PP and a hopefully-resigned Ray Allen.
Reddick may not be worth the full MLE, but if you're going to pry him away from Orlando you'll have to offer pretty close to that. Sign him to a 3 year, $9M offer sheet, and Orlando matches. Hell, they matched Gortat's big offer sheet last year, and he's only a 15-MPG player for them. They aren't going to push him out the door, he was probably Orlando's third-best player in the series (second-best until Jameer caught on fire). Orlando's not THAT far away from getting to the finals, and Reddick's a fairly important part of that.
