The Celtics are playing so well -

will have beaten 3 of the 5 All NBA First teamers with a win tonight
get 2 head coaches fired who were the top 2 seeds in their conference
cause 2 GMs to consider entirely dismantling their entire rosters

i am having the time of my life watching this

I have a bit of a family divide with this series. My uncle and grandmother down in Florida are diehard Orlando fans, while my mom and I are diehard Celtic fans.  But when we talk to each other, we find different topics of conversation.  ;) Anyway, let's get this win tonight and get Perk's knees (and TA's ankles) some rest for the finals.

Go Celtics!!

Nice post to headline the game thread (as always), FL / TP !

Here's to having great hopes for a very competitive and close game, full of drama, lead changes and only eventually our sweeping of the Orland-O Magic ... Yeah, I am as much a fan of the game well played as a Celtic fan , and I would hate to see yet another blowout with other fans hearts broken due to their team not finding there own, due to these Celtics perfecting the skills, desire and expending the effort displayed on their team defense .

Awe heck, I'll enjoy it all in any event ...

GoooCeltics (less than 2 hrs from now and I can't wait)

This is going to be GREAT !

Didn't want to start a whole new thread about this since I don't think it's that big of a deal; however, is anyone else slightly worried about a long lay-off if the C's sweep tonight?

I know they need the rest and that they responded well from the 3 day break, but according to the NBA master schedule ( http://www.nba.com/mastercalendar/masterCalendar.html ), the Finals would start June 3rd, 10 days from today.

Honestly, I'm not that worried.  They can stay sharp if they practice every other day or every two days.  ;)

This is what I love about this team. They are like Vikings, mercilessly pillaging everything in their path and destroying cities on the way. We're just a murderous team. Even our "nice guy" loves nothing more than to throw razor sharp daggers into the hearts of his opponents and fistpump afterwards.

Bury the Magic just like we buried the Cavs. Make their little fanboys cry. Ruin the rep of D12 just like we did the King. Take no prisoners. Expose them for the soft frauds they are. Make them blow up their team.

We are the Celtics..

Let's get the sweep!

Things are going well watching away from my house and computer so won't be game threading tonight. I track y'all on my phone though and nice to see your commentary while watching. Hopefully will be handing out post sweep TP's for all later tonight.

Hidden MVP of the series? Our stealing Clifford Ray away from The Magic. Glad he's been working with Perk, showed off last game, and not Dwight.  ;D

can't wait for tonight's game.  will be absolutely ecstatic if they can close it out.  If they can get ORL down by doubledigits going into the half, I think the Magic will fold if they can't make traction into the lead early in the 3rd.  If the C's let them hang around, I think ORL will fight tooth and nail to pull out a win to avoid a sweep.
