Here's what the refs seem to call and not.
When Perk and Baby and KG set a pick, if the they don't set the pick deep enough or if the cutter doesn't cut close enough, the C's bigs often throw the hip out. This seems to get called a ton, whether against the C's or their opposition.
Now, what I see a lot of other teams doing, especially the Cavs, is that when their pick setter sets his pick, they then almost instantly start rolling toward the basket or popping out away from it. Often they are obstructing the cutter's defender. This seems to seldom be called.
This is just my observation and opinion. Now, both things are illegal moving picks/screens but one seems to me to be called a lot more often than the other.
