Unfortunately, moving picks are simply called very inconsistently in the NBA.  Some players can get away with it - Perk can't.

I'm glad that our bigs are happy to use all of their fouls, though.  It's clearly worked well so far.

Howard gets away with it allllll day long

Dumb might be a but harsh but he definitely doesn't sell it enough.

KG moves alot more on his screens he is just so much quicker on his feet that it looks better,
