A little outside the box, but this might work in both teams' favor (which I consider the key to a good trade proposal):
Tony Parker, DaJuan Blair, Richard Jefferson (contract) and contract filler for Chris Bosh, Hedo Turkoglu and Jose Calderon.
In exchange for Bosh, Toronto jettisons two dead weight contracts, picks up an all star / exciting pointguard, and gets a young, tough rebounder to put next to Bargnani.
San Antonio takes a step back in the back court (Parker to Calderon), makes an upgrade at small forward and lands a replacement superstar.
In my opinion, San Antonio becomes the favorite to win the 2010-2011 championship with this roster.
