So if Doc leaves what would you think about hiring Del Negro?  Seems to me like he actually did a pretty decent job there in Chicago.
No, I would stay away from Del Negro. I don't think he showed enough (particularly on the offensive end) to be handed the keys to a contender.

He does deserve another head coaching opportunity though ... just not with this current Celtics team.

Next year, the Celtics will enter the beginning phases of rebuilding.  I think Del Negro would be fine in that role.  In fact, he could grow with the team.

  • It's not hard to work hard.
The return of Bad Tony. Let's hope it's just a cameo appearance.

  • Rondo doesn't believe in easy buckets...
I love that Rondo is a play-off performer.

I'm positive we can do big things with him post big 3.

Rondo's pumpfake looked even better in slow mo!

Already 10 assists and it's not halftime yet... wow. If only other starters stepped up...

if the C's weren't turnover crazy, and the refs weren't giving everything to the cavs, the Celtics would be up by 25. They are the better team. They deserve this game.

Go Celtics!!

If going to complain about refs -- call em both ways.  Rondo clearly slid his pivot foot on his fake.

If they are blowing up the team, I would consider it.

But if it is anything less than blowing up the team, then I am against it.

Without some really STUPID turnovers, we could have been up by at least 15 already.

No, they're right...LeBron has learned to time it so he's not goaltending when he does that.  The players should know that against the Cavs when LeBron is on the floor if they get a fast break they need to dunk it or wait.  Otherwise, they're going to get blocked.
