Great win by the Celts but my question is when are the fans going to respond to the team.... The celts have played great the last game and a half and the fans still aren't responding. While watching these games on TV it seems like they don't mean anything. It sucks to work yourself up all day long and in between games to turn on the game and it seems like no one else cares.
Why go to the games if you don't really care??!?! I really don't get it.
Seemed like a pretty good crowd to me watching on tv tonight. You could hear multiple chants quite audibly and they seemed into it especially with Ray hitting all those big shots. My father was at the game and called me afterwords and said the place was rocking. I'm guessing people who attended the game and post here might second that.
When things become a blowout, the crowd can get a bit disinterested but it sounded fine to me on television.
Yeah, it definitely sounded pretty loud during those ray threes but I guess I'm just expecting frenzied crowds for the whole game. I gotta say it was a little disheartening to see the wave at one point during the game
wave got shut down in 3 seconds though
its the fact that it was even attempted during a playoff game thats disappointing
Oh boy, here we go.
The wave has no place in basketball, and especially at the Garden.
Fine for baseball and soccer, but not for hoops.
I didn't go to the game (had to work) but the Fat Kid went.
He reports that Lucky tried to get the wave started in the 4th quarter, without much luck. The Fat Kid was so incensed that he left his lofty perch in the balcony and went down to the lower bowl to call Lucky out.
NO WAVE IN THE GAHDEN!!!
Lucky claimed he was just doing it because Nate told him to.
Getting two little guys together is never a good thing.
