Oh dear not what I was hoping for when I signed on :-\ This has to be the 3rd or road trip where the last game has been a blowout. 5 more minutes we can do this. Let's not fall back into bad habits.

Tommy: He's got a line about me. Tell him the line.

Mike: Everybody 60 or over knows Tommy as a player. Everybody 40 or over knows Tommy as a coach. Everybody 20 or over knows Tommy as a broadcaster. And everybody 10 or under thinks he's Shrek.

It was nice while it lasted, guys.

At least the Celtics gave us a week or two of hope before the post-season.  If they face the Bucks in the first round, don't expect them to make it to the second round without a truly grueling series.

The Jazz are an excellent team, and very tough at home. This is just one loss in the middle of a road trip. The Dallas win was nice. Lets see how the C's bounce back in the next one.

Yeah the Bucks will be a tough match for anyone in the first round.

Well, I don't know..Bucks playing above themselves right now, and we have definitely turned the corner, no matter what the outcome of this game, I think.

No need to be overly concerned..

Really? They beat one decent team (Hou) and one very good one (Dal). Other than that - the last two months have been bad. Does tonight look more like an aberration or just another chapter in the story we've been watching in 2010?

The funny thing here is that there is still some time left if we can clamp down..

You can't beat a team that shoot 3's like that.

Irritating we couldn't get this one. This is Utah's Super Bowl, though. We won't see Salt Lake City again. I'm sure the squad will miss it.

  • It's not hard to work hard.
celts play good defense, utah hits a long 3.

celts get a fast break, turn it over.

the way it's gone.

That was a heck of a play by Boozer.

If there's a comeback happening, it has to start right after this timeout.

Tale of two halves almost.

With 1-2 minutes left in the 1st half C's were up 12. Since then they have been outscored by 25.

Now I'm starting to see why Hollinger rates the Jazz as one of the top contenders.

No offense by I'm sick and tired of all the Jazz contender talk.  They can't win on the road when it matters, they've had the same team for what? 3 or 4 years now? Every year they're everyones dark horse and every year they stink it up in the second round.  Are they a good team? Sure.  Are they a championship contender? No, they never will be with the other teams in the west combined with the makeup of their current team.

Oh and that miss from Paul iced it.  They had a legit comeback chance.  Now its officially over.

I'd say an aberration..and knowing the Celtics this one isn't over yet...just need a few stops, a few buckets.

We've turned the corner..you can't close the book just based off of this game (which isn't over yet).

Okur has hurt us big time this game, though..just as I was worried about on pg two or three of this thread.
