I think we need to sign Sean Williams.
I dont know how many more times i can take watching Baby get out jumped, out-quicked on rebounds. How many more times do i have to sit there and watch Baby pump-fake his life away trying to make a layup, only to get his shot blocked, b/c the shot-blocker is sitting there getting his feet set, while Davis is in his little pump-faking zone?
How many more times do I have to watch Perk, post-up, get the ball in the post, tell everyone to clear out, only to stand still for 5 seconds, wasting that 5 seconds and in those 5 seconds, allowing the defense to reset? And its not like Perk is drawing dbl teams, so its not like he's going to ever pass out of the post up, perk is a black hole.
How many more times do i have to watch Perk catch the ball in perfect position to go STRAIGHT UP for a dunk or layup, only to have him bend down and dbl-tie his shoe strings first, and then go up, and once he goes up, he does a Baby and pump-fake, allowing the shot blockers to regain their balance and set there feet to time their jump.
And if those guys aren't cutting, then thats when Doc can turn to his bench and call on Sheed!....I dont think i need to rant about what sheed is doing right now, b/c....well, you know.
I dont know about anybody else but, I think we NEED sean Williams at this point. We can't continue to have 3 out of our 4 bigs hurting the team.

Look at those names. And think about how they've been playing since Christmas. We are getting read to start the playoffs in a month. I just dont think we can get consistent production out of 3 of those guys (baby, sheed, perk); in 4 games against the same team.
Thats what they are going to have to do in order to get out of the 1st round.
I just feel like we need another dynamic on that front line. Sean Williams would add an energetic-athletic-defensive minded dynamic to that front line.
I mean Sean Williams could put up Sheed like numbers: s.williams could go 0-5 from 3pt. or he could grab 2 or 3 rebs. and entire game. So for people to say he's no good, he wont cut the rotation, he's a project, he's this and he's that, well look at the production or lack thereof from a majority of the frontline now, since Christmas; dont get lost in the "names" (sheed-perk-baby) but, look at the games and how they play, and then look at the numbers. How is Sean Williams going to hurt?
