I'm going my wildcard: House, TA, Scal, and J.R. for Jamison then BBD for Augustin.

hmm.  Seems like a lot of people think the Bulls would give up a 24 year old Deng in a total salary dump when in reality he's probably got more value than Kmart, Iggy, Butler or anyone else we've seen rumored...

If we are just going after Jamison it better not be for Ray.

Id rather go for a Barbosa, Amare deal if we are dealing Ray Ray

They can get Jamison for the Tony Allen/Scal pu pu platter ... I don't think Ray goes for Jamison alone.  Tony is a great sell high chance for Ainge.  I think Martin could be had if the Celtics take Nocioni's deal, but they might have to wait til closer to the deadline ... when the Kings might be left without a dance partner.

That said the most likely trade is Scal/Allen for some sort of mid-level type of help like John Salmons.  Salmons unfortunately has a selfish rep but on a good team he could be a good value backing up the two wing positions.

  • You know my methods, Watson.
i voted Ray...  Danny will get cold feet and Wyc will pass, and we'll get to watch this team fade out in the 2nd round, if they get that far.

The mst likely trade to happen is BBD and Giddens for Augustin and Stephen Graham.

Another trade with Charlotte I'd like to see happen is Diaw and Augustin for Wallace, Scalabrine and House.  Unfortunately, it won't.

If you're disappointed by the laziness of Rasheed and his inconsistency, you are going to get even crazier with Boris Diaw, aka "inconsistency and laziness personified"... terrible trade, not to mention Diaw's terrible contract.

Diaw is inconsistent on offense, never on defense.  He's a player I've always liked and would be a huge defensive and size upgrade at one of the wing positions.

Sheed is a much better defensive player than Diaw, even at his age.

And we need offense right now, our defense is fine but we struggle to score so Diaw isn't the solution.
