Trading of Glen Davis is not going to change the personality of this team, because he players an even smaller role now with Rasheed on the team. This team needs a combo guard with height, Ray to make shots, Rondo to take shots and play more like Tyreke Evans (Aggressive), K.G. to be healthy, Rasheed to post more, and last for Eddie to make shots. Davis is not the problem our bigger problems are within the starting unit.
