Bos sends: Bill walker
Mia sends: Carlos Arroyo

Why Bos: We need a point guard, and Arroyo still has it.
Why Mia: A cheap and young swingman almost unproven by Doc, could be a better fit than Cook to give rest to Wade.

my logic is daniels can guard 1,2 and 3's. and wright can cover basically a position except for the 5. so wright can get the quick 4's like lewis, odom, and try to get josh smith. while daniels can get the wings, and gaurds. it would make the celtics way more versatile. then wallace and davis can get the the bigger PF/C. its all about match ups in the playoffs.

knicks would drive jared jeffries to the airport if somebody took his deal - guy who can play some defense but has no other recognizable basketball skils ... you can keep that

Tony Allen right now is playing his role splendidly.  Obviously he should not be a deal breaker for a potential starter, but if we are looking for a quality role player to strengthen the 9 man rotation, he might not get equal value in return.

Keyon Dooling could make sense, but he is also a viable buyout candidate.  He would be a good fit at both guard positions.  House is worth keeping because he is cheap and he can steal a victory or two down the stretch.  We know his weaknesses, but his strengths are hard to approximate.

Ramon Sessions is the best player available with Scal's slot ... but he should be in high demand - and I don't know if we can add the draft pick goodness to really make it worthwhile.

i like TA but i would love a long athletic player of the bench to deal with orlando and atlanta. i mean with the team the way it is i think they have just as good a shot as anyone. but if you look back to the 2007-2008 team the 2 things they have that this team doesn't is an extra pg and a 6'8/6'9 defender of multiple positions. ( scal doesnt count). in deeper rounds of the playoffs   teams go with a 8 or at most 9 man rotation. what would ares be. daniels, house, wallace iam good with that if KG is really healthy.

I think we should go after Dominic McGuire, in Washington, very seldom used, he is 6'9 long and lengthy, expiring deal, does-everything-well kind of player.

can play 3 or 4 would matchup well against the Josh Smiths, Rashard Lewis's.

Mcguire or Amir Johnson would be great in that role, but it's probably more realistic to acquire them as free agents, as we don't have much in the way of assets to acquire them with.
2025 Draft: Chicago Bulls

PG: Chauncey Billups/Deron Williams
SG: Kobe Bryant/Eric Gordon
SF: Jimmy Butler/Danny Granger/Danilo Gallinari
PF: Al Horford/Zion Williamson
C: Yao Ming/Pau Gasol/Tyson Chandler

yeah i like McGuire he is an underrated player but idk with doc as the coach he gets into the rotation. i would be willing to throw a 1st or 2nd round pick to get him, or giddens. he got some run last year but not so much this year for whatever reason. but these are they types of trades i would like the celtics to make. not the ray allen for kirk hinrick and ty thomas ones. Basically use TA,Scal,Walker,Giddens, and picks as bait like we thought of at the beginning of the year if the celtics needed tweeks in the roster for the playoffs
