on Boston 98.5 they are saying it could be 4-6 weeks if it is just a broken bone

but if its a stress fracture he is likely done for the year

Am definitely not a doctor but if it were a stress fracture, it could depend on which bone is fractured.  We may not know the answer to this for awhile, I'm guessing.

Well, obviously we should wait for the prognosis, and if theres a chance he'll be back by playoff time, i think it puts us where we were pre-injury. Where we wait to see if the right trade comes around.


Buttt, if he's out for the year, we need to start looking, and hope teams don't try to take advantage of our bleak situation.
