Tony Allen games MVP. Who knows if slow poke mechanical Pierce was in the 4th quarter.

I don't wish for pierce to be injured but at this pt i rather see Allen play more minutes

Halleluia. Nice fourth quarter effort and a nice win -- although nothing comes easy with these guys. Big question now is how bad is Pierce's foot and how long will he be out?

Celtics win.

Well, it was ugly for 3 quarters and we still had too many turnovers but we executed in the 4th and outscored them there so it's good.

Finally we end that losing streak. Let's get some rest and continue our streak wednesday, hopefully Pierce is OK!

Anyone have a clue how KG looks better on the second of a back to back? Knee getting stronger?

How about that --- the best 4th quarter that the Celtics have played in quite awhile and Paul Pierce was nowhere to be found.

IT's good to see the Celtics finally win a game and close out a team in the 4th quarter.  It wasn't pretty, and the Wizards are a terrible team but every win counts.  Hopefully the C's can get back to playing solid basketball and build up some victories...

Just caught the ending. Why didn't Pierce finish the game?

Great performance from KG today. Definitely liking what I'm hearing from his mouth in the post game interview. Maybe he realizes we need that inside presence offensively as well as defensively. Feels good to win
