  • You know my methods, Watson.
no reason why bill walker didn't play in this game.

the hawks are a matchup nightmare for the celtics - all those wing players.

bill walker is the excellent guy to play against them...i don't know what doc is waiting for...

well...we are now in the 3rd hole...which is prolly going to be where they end up...6 games behind the cavs now.....time to face the truth...boston is old and it is showing mightly....very sad to see them fade right in front of our eyes

Yeah.  We may very well be the 4th seed when all is said and done, unless they really turn things around.

If the Bobcats end up as the 5th seed we could be in for a first round exit.  Even the Heat might be a tough matchup.

the only way for this team to get back on track is to play another 4 games against the Raptors... :-X

Our bench is putrid, end of story. Celts right now somehwere around 5-7th best team in the league.

  • It's not hard to work hard.
The story of tonight's game is simple:

All our starters finished on the + side of +/-, all our bench finished deep into the - side of the +/-.

How Glen Davis can be -19 in 13 minutes is beyond me.

Where is Rajon Rondo? $55 mil and 2 straight no shows. **** Rondo

What are you talking about?  He was pretty darn good against the Magic (Pierce and KG were the big goats there).

He was poor tonight, but he shouldn't be scapegoated.  He's been the most consistent C all year.

Please, Rondo took 2ft against Orlando. He takes games off.

Missed the game (cable screwed up).  Did he play with Eddie a lot?  -14 in 7 mins...  Did Doc really play 2 of our least athletic players together against the most athletic team in the conference?

I think that a good buyout addition, plus a healthy Daniels, would go a long way towards helping us.

Our bench stinks, especially when other teams have capable scorers off the bench.

if doc and danny feel this team is good enough to win the east...they are lying to each other. even healthy..i fail to see boston winning the east without making moves to get more athletic.

Ok, so I was very displeased with Rondo's performance tonight, but not having confidence in one's shot does not mean he is taking a game off.

Yeah, you've got it about right.  Of course, right now there are also a bunch of other teams playing better basketball.  Including Memphis, Chicago, Utah, and Charlotte.

I honestly don't understand why so many people call for Bill Walker to get into games.  Can anyone explain it to me?

I know that the alternatives are not appealing--Scal is not the guy you want to see when you're trying to get through tough stretches--but I've never seen anything from Walker that makes me think he's any better than Kedrick Brown. Athletic, sure, but what else? I could be wrong.  I've just never seen anything from him.
