OK, I'm trying out a new good luck charm. The name has an Irish ring to it:

it's beyond ridiculous that the refs are calling those ticky tac fouls on the C's while the Hawks are playing such physical D...

ridiculous and disgusting!!! >:(

Most of the starters are still on the + side of the +/-, so maybe doc's strategy of resting them will yield results in the 4th.

We need to trade for Adam Sandler.

Srsly.

Will Ferrell and Andre 3000 would make nice additions as well.

Why didn't Ray shoot?

I could feel the miss before Pierce let it go.

C's need to somehow get this lead down to 6 points or so before halftime.  At least show enough fight not to get blown out here.

Where is the fire!  Take a hard foul or something like that anything to show heart and guts.

  • GOT IT!!!
The C's want no part of the Hawks. Too quick and physical for the vets.

What this team needs a little more of right now are Pierce and Ray trying to dribble through guys. They never lose the ball. Hawks own the Celtics right now.

Well, the positive from tonight is that we are going to be down big by halftime, so maybe the usual scenario of blowing our lead will reverse to the Hawks tonight and allow us to win?

I am trying really hard to come up with something positive tonight but not sure what to say.

The utter lack of effort tonight is the most disturbing part.  The team doesn't even seem too bothered to be getting destroyed tonight.  No one really seems upset or anything they are just going through the motions.

This team is in serious trouble...
