Just listening to the TNT halftime show and Charles was saying that Garnett doesnt look right. Watching him more closely in the third he is really avoiding contact and limping visably. We may go on to win this game but I dont believe we are getting the whole story from the Celtics about KG's knee issues.

I dont believe we are getting the whole story from the Celtics about KG's knee issues.

And this is surprising because?

If last season has taught us anything, its that they're never gonna give us the 100% truth about his knee. And I do expect him to miss more games; whether its to rest or because something is wrong, we may never know.

His movement on that last drive by Rashard lewis was an obvious example of his ongoing problems

Well if he isnt 100% healed then why is he out there right now? I know he wants to play all the time but he just sat out significant time and now 3 games back and he is obviosuly hurting.

They are going nowhere with a one-legged KG

Sad to watch him on the floor tonight. This was the biggest choke in a long time and KG was helpless. Lewis blew by him like he was not on the court, and he cannot jump nor rebound. Sad, sad situation.

He was less than 50 percent tonight and playing on one leg. I think this team is toast.

They are toast without a healthy Garnett and he should not have even been in this game tonight. He was playing on one leg.

agreed.....do not know what they should do. that lewis play at the end was all you need to see. nice help by rasheed on the other side. what a loser. maybe the worst move of the ainge era signing that piece of garbage.

but yes, kg looked terrible tonight. lot of time left on his deal. lot of cash. same with sheed. danny better do something.

it is obvious by not only letting slow lewis run by him as well as the 2 missed alley oops that he is not right

I'm really starting to wonder if the days of the Celtics being a truly dominant team for anything more than a quarter or two at a time are gone.

The doubts keep creeping in and they give me fewer and fewer reasons to shove them away.

God forbid he have an off game when he's coming back from being out for a while. Weren't people trying to ship him off to the glue factory in November?

Yeah it's painfully obvious KG is nowhere near healthy.  Why not rest him for longer and hold out hope he will ready for the playoffs?

He can't finish alley oops, can't grab rebounds and instead tries to tip them to himself, and to see his defense at the end was just sad.  He had no chance to stay in front of Lewis there and it's hard to watch a great warrior being so hobbled out there.  This team is going nowhere with an injured KG so might as well rest him...

either it is all done or he is just playing into shape. i am praying for the latter. this team, as is, hate to say it, is all done. let's hope kg gets better because if not, they are done for this season, and for the next few as well.
