we got the calls on xmas so it evens out i guess

Yeah, we only had 3 more personal fouls than ORL called against us at Christmas, so turn about is fair play.

I didn't get to see the game, but followed the boxscore on my phone. The boxscore tells me it was a 4th quarter collapse. So what are the excuses how do we explain this one away?

the losses are getting easier to deal with. just dont like blowing big leads....but i certainly have decided not to dwell on the losses anymore...it is what it is....i have gotten to the point with my nerves when I watch them that i dont enjoy even watching them anymore....it feels like a chore and like i have to...if i dont...i feel guilty....i live for the Cs (sports wise) but the anger, frustration, stress of when they play is getting to be too much..

.does tonight suck? yep...will it suck if they lose tomorrow? yep...but i am not going to sweat it anymore...

Great post Orlando that pretty much sums up this Celtic team.  Losing games will happen but to see them absolutely choke and blow big leads night after night is deflating.  Not sure what can be done to change this run of collapsing down the stretch so might as well stop expecting anything more...

1. destroyed on the boards
2. too many dumb turnovers
3. 40-18 FT margin
4. couldnt stop jason williams, JJ reddick for hitting big 3's
5. couldnt handle howard and gortat together
6. offense died in the 4th quarter
7. didnt get key stop from 4 minutes on
8. go watch game 6 of last year's playoff game and it was pretty much just like that

There aren't any this time --- can't use fatigue, injuries or the refs.  The Magic had many more foul shots sure but that is because they were more aggressive.  The C's did get into the bonus early in the 4th quarter but failed to capitalize.

Just another huge lead blown in the second half by the Celtics nothing new really...

I guess you can call dwight goin in the paint and ramming into people aggressive... but we were also agressive and went to the paint but the refs were swallowing the whistle as always.
everyone got so sensitive after 9-11... thanks alot bin laden

G'nite peeps. Don't feel like reading bitter posts by the haters. Just not up to it.

Good game, bad loss. Really bad.

Be positive Kiorrik come on the C's had a 16 lead and almost held on and won the game that is a good sign!

C'mon man you're killing me, lol.....

it's not even funny, jadams... Kiorrik, just like me, lives in Europe and we have ruined our sleeping schedules to watch all these crappy collapses... btw, it's 7.30 a.m. here... not something to make fun of...

the signs are not good but we ain't gonna give up... I didn't quit on this team on 2006-07 season, I ain't gonna quit now...

TP to CelticinOrlando and Jadams5214 for the explanation.

This isn't making me feel any better about this teams chances. We haven't shown winning basketball against bad teams so I guess we shouldn't expect it to show against the good ones. If I'm not mistaken Cleveland is the only winning team that we have a winning record against.
