Rondo gets selected to ASG and lays an egg in 1st half. 0/4 FG 0/2 FT 0=points

In all honesty, not a very good second quarter, but the Magic look horrendous. Thank God Ray's shot is back tonight. Magic had 23 freaking foul shots -- only reason they are in the game. Rondo almost a complete no-show in the half.

Big misses by KG on an easy shot and House with a wide open 3 that would have given the C's more cushion and momentum.

C's scored half as many points in the 2nd quarter as the first and had 7 turnovers but kept fighting hard and Ray Allen finally looks hot.

The Magic are shooting poorly but hanging around thanks to offensive rebounds and C's turnovers.

A carbon copy of so many recent Celtic games.  Hopefully tonight they will keep a sizable lead instead of giving it back quickly...

Amazing what rest does for old legs.

Well, instead of the law of averages kicking in, we hit some more 3's. I expected us to miss a few of those, since 70% is unhealthy high. Eddie missed one in the end to bring it down to 63 though.

Anyway, the lead is a bit bigger than the 6 points I expected due to the above, but I still think we'll average out and drop down a bit. We look good-ish though. Too bad KG is missing some of that lift still. I'd like someone on our squad that could actually make those oops; good momentum comes with those.

If the Magic end up with 40+ free throws tonight I'm gonna want to punch somebody.

That's the best the C's have looked for half in a good while. This isn't last year's Magic team but still. I loved the defense and ball movement. Keep it up in the second half guys!

I just don't have a good feeling anymore when Eddie shoots the ball. I really hope Danny finds a scorer for off the bench. Biggest third quarter of the year coming up -- Go Celts.

They already have 23, so they should get there easy.

Our 3 all-star players have a point total of 9 points tonight.

I wonder if the refs will let the Orlando fans see Dwight Howard in the 2nd half.
